Dream client! (Part 1)

I would like to share some moments with you in my catering experience! One of them was very important in my life, I worked for the Chanel Store. It was really an honor to make the event for them in Vienna for their VIP customers, when I used to live there. I created hors d'oeuvre specially for the occasion, and they loved it so much that they hired me again for their summer collection launch. A luxury!


Smoked salmon voul-au-vent with a citrus touch
Homemade walnut scone with brie and cranberrie jam
Roastbeef canape with caper mayo
Spicy lamb meat empanadas
Tuilles with orange cream, chocolate cake with ganache and apple strudel bundle
Fresh strawberries and grapes lollypops
