Winter Bavaroise

This is a Red Berry Fruit Bavaroise. It is done in layers... first sponge cake dressed with berries, then raspberry mousse and on top red berry sauce with some chocolate decorated with gold powder. It is light, aerated, fruity, with a sour hint! Delicious!

Dream client! (Part 2)

These pictures are from my second time catering for Chanel Store in Vienna. Because it was summer, they wanted something light, colorful with an asian flair. It was fun doing it, choosing the menu and also the elements that composed the presentation. I will always be grateful for the opportunity!

Carrot-orange-ginger cold soup
Chicken bitokes with fresh herbs and ginger
Turkey wrap with lemon mayo and vegetables

Veggie bitokes with hot sauce

Dream client! (Part 1)

I would like to share some moments with you in my catering experience! One of them was very important in my life, I worked for the Chanel Store. It was really an honor to make the event for them in Vienna for their VIP customers, when I used to live there. I created hors d'oeuvre specially for the occasion, and they loved it so much that they hired me again for their summer collection launch. A luxury!

Homemade walnut scone with brie and cranberrie jam
Roastbeef canape with caper mayo
