Design finger food

Here are some pictures of an event that I did the catering for a furniture store and interior decor in Costa Rica, Altea Design. It was for 400 people and everything was perfect! A lot of work, but rewarding!

Prep line
Profiterolis stuffed with goat cheese dip and fresh tomato with herbs and olive oil
Black olive foccacia
Orzo salad with seared salmon, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and edible flowers
Rice crackers with camembert and spicy bell pepper jam
Breaded three cheese ravioli with marinara sauce
Polenta coins with mushroom ragout
